Birthday Celebration For Everyone
I am always very grateful to be born as a Chinese. For Chinese, we will make every special occassion an event for eating. Be it an occassion for mourning or rejoicing, we will always eat, drink and be merry.
In line with the similar concept, we had a potluck cum line dancing party last nite at Kim & Lim's mansion (a.k.a KL Mansion) and the occassion is to celebrate Kim's XXth (Only saw one candle on the birthday cake but i don't believe she is only one-year-old :-p) birthday.
It was a memorable occassion for everyone as we have fun time dancing and eating. This was the second birthday makan-makan since we last organised one for our Instructor Joyce's birthday. Perhaps Christina Lee - the BRP Linedance Club President should start compiling dob for every member and henceforth organise more occassions for makan-makan & beriang-ria (hehehe!)
The team is really grateful for Kim and Lim to be generous enough to lend us their garden compound for line dancing practice every Monday & Thursday. Just wondering if we could make use of the same place for our future event ;p! Perhaps we can organise a steamboat party instead. Like what Janice has suggested, we promise to do the clean-up!
