Good Idea

One of our members has finally broke his long silence and contribute to this blog. Thanks a lot, Young Man, it is really great to see more posting from members.

The founder and President of this Blog Ms Christina Lee has spent unrelenting effort to upkeep with the maintenance of this Blog and we better keep her busy before she turns from HOT to WARM, WARM TO LUKEWARM, LUKEWARM to COOL and from COOL to COLD, finally get bored and decided to discontinue the Blog (Hahaha! Sounds so dramatic huh..).

As you guys aware that the team has only a small no of Internet users, every single piece of posting is like precious spring dewdrops to make our homepage ever invigorating and juicier. In short, all craps like the one that i usually post, is much welcomed (Ahem!) Don't worry about the language lar..so long as we people can read, no issue one... If we expect everyone to write well, might as well tell him/her to apply job as an editor in the press, don't waste time posting in this blog! hehehe!

By the way, i understand that some of our members like ANNA & ANNE only read Chinese, not sure if we have any kind-hearted fella who knows both Eng & Mandarin to do the translation for the benefit of these members...MERELY A SUGGESTION. Well, we shall see if we got any volunteer or not!

It is a great idea in having a "Suggestion Corner" as one of the categories. Young Man has a noble heart for the old folks and has come out with the brilliant suggestion that we perform dances for the old folks. I kind of like this idea as we would not just be jolly-frollicking amongst our own group but also share the joy with the others, especially the lonely old folks.

I know of this home at BRP 4 (not sure if i remember the address correctly, it is located at one of the corner unit of terrace houses at the back of the YikDaiKa coffeeshop). This home is run by YAYASAN SUNBEAM's HOME, founded by a Pastor. Our company has recently organized a visit to their orphanage home in Cheras and we heard from the person in charge that the Home is not funded by government as they do not want to be restricted by general rules and regulations of an NGO. Therefore, their funding is solely depending on the donations from public as well as some of the Christian Fellowship Societies. Apparently the one located at our Taman was not popularly known due to its size and location. Therefore this Home is much lacking of donations to buy their daily essentials.

Hey! Let us contribute to these less fortunate ones whenever and whatever we could afford. We can have potluck and dancing party to entertain these people. It is really not bad an idea to make visitations to Homes for a regular future events. I am all for it! Let us hear voices from the rest....

Cheers!
