With the help of friend suggestion, I have yesterday tried and successfully convert the video AVI to WMP(Window Media Player)format for fast downloading to our Blog. (1MB is equivalent to 1,000kb)
For this kind of conversion you can use Window Media Maker or Canon Zoom Browser EX whichever is easy for you.
This is the Main page of Window Media Maker. Label A -to import the video from your computer,
Label B - to enter titles to highlight it on the video and
Label C- after dragging the completed video to the timeline below you need to save it your computer.

Make sure the collection in this view is empty to get new import video to this column.
If when you enter this main page and you still have your previous video just click to arrow which I have circled it. The previous video will be gone and you can import new video to this page.
Below here u can see the two different type of editing - show timeline and show storyboard.
Show timeline - Part by part of the video will be shown here
Show storyboard - You can do cutting of the video section that you dont require and you can also see the time here.

great, but have to be slow, i already have rojak legs, don't wish to have rojak brain anymore.
