CHRYSANTHEMUM ENZYME VINEGAR


Yesterday, I make Chrysanthemum and Wolfberry enzymes. In the Healthy enzymes DIY book said that this enzymes can create special properties that nourish the body and kidney("Qi" and blood), clear heat, neutralize toxins, improve eyesight and protect the liver. Good for those who stay up late and heavy workload.


INGREDIENTS

Chrysanthemum(non-preservative)
Chinese Wolfberry (Kei Chee)
Organic Brown Rice Vinegar (substitute with apple cidar)
Oligo 900
Lime Flower Honey(or other Honey available)


1) Crysanthemum and Chinese Wolfberry need not be rinsed.
2) Divide ingredients into 3 portions. Stack ingredients in sequence ;-
Chinese wolfberry, chrysanthemum, oligo 900 and lime flower, honey into the glass jar.
Repeat the process with the remaining 2 portions.
3) Pour in the organic brown rice vinegar after the 3 portions of ingredients completely stacked-in. Seal tight with food wrap before covering with the lid.
Keep in dry cool place for 2 weeks before serving. Better result if keep for 2-3mths.
4) Mix 30ml with 10times of water for serving.
