Today special dish cooked by our Mr Lam is Black bean( "Tao See")," Meen See",Ginger Duck.
Ingredients
1) 1 packet of Tao See
2) 2 table spoon Meen See
3) 1 whole duck
4) 4 or more stock of radish("pak loh pak")
5) 4 stock of ginger(can young or old ginger)
6) 2 tea spoon of Vinegar
7) Salt & sugar
How to cook, you got to ask Mr Lam yourself. As this is a secret recipe by his father and only the descendant is taught how to cook this dish. You all are really got "how fook" because Lam only cook this dish during Chinese New Year. Who ever did not come, sorry to say wait until CNY loh!
