I have been taking Pycnogenol for 1month and I observed that my skin are getting smoother, my per-period symptoms(cant able to sleep for 1week), pimples scar cure faster, very alert, full of energy, my sinus especially in the morning are gone and dont easily feel cold.
The brand that I bought is Nature's Farm at Midvalley and now having promotion for 3boxes(1box/60tablets) cost RM540(RM180/box), normal price is RM250 per box.
Anyway, if you doubt about this product please do consult your doctor before taking pycnogenol.
