Very Bad Road maintenance at Bukit Rahman Putra-Part 3

After my complain to the MP Selayang, they did take action and the road that have been scraped for more than 2months... have been patched but this is not what we want! Its a lousy job! There are too many pot holes everywhere and I thought they have contract it out to a contractor to resurface the entire road which I think its the most appropriate way to do so after so many years!

I have always have this questions in mind, how many years to wait for the road to be resurface and not patched it when there are too many complains?

Come on! MP Selayang, this how you treat us? You can do better than this, remember we have eyes and not blind!

Very Bad Road maintenance at Bukit Rahman Putra

Our place is well known to be a very famous place for big & comfortable houses but this only are known to the outsiders. This place is well known to be the WORST road maintenance to the residents. The whole stretch in front of BRP 7 is in horrible condition for two months, they scrape the road and only put crusher run on top and was left there for two months without resurfacing it(look at condition in this picture). These kind of work I really dont understand and cannot accept it!!!!! Nobody seem to care and I really cant stand it!!... and it will definitely create accident especially at night when the road are not lighted properly.

All the road in front of our houses is getting worst. I have stayed here for more than 10years and our road have NOT been resurface before! I remember when I was young and staying at Sea Park, the road is always being resurfaced every year without fail. The road administration doesn't care and don't give a damn cause they don't face any of this problem in their housing area. Sometimes they simply resurface it to just patch the hole with premix and after two to three day it become worst than before. Our committee did complained to people in charge but the contractor said if they patch it properly they will be out of job (this is the word from somebody so irresponsible). Because of money they dont care about the safety of the road user. Who should I complain to so that something is done PROPERLY and IMMEDIATELY?

I love staying here and that makes me mad about the road condition. The premix laying done are very suspicious, lack of quality or they don't know how to lay the premix or use the correct material.

Well, you think this the only one here? There are more than five in this stretch!

This in front of the traffic light turning to BRP 7. There are more of this in front and the back.
This what we get for paying our TAXES??????

Pai-Da Therapy

http://yixingtianxia.com/newpage/en/health_4.htm

Pai-Da Therapy

Terminulogy

Pai: Patting
Da: Slapping
Pai-Da: A Chinese Medical method which utilize patting and slapping of external skin areas to draw out and eliminate poisonous waste in body and restore health by facilitating the smooth flow of Qi throughout the meridians?
Sha: poisonous blood

The principles of Pai-Da

Pai-Da = Elimination of toxicant = Elimination of the poisonous waste in body
Skin is closely related to the meridians, our limbs, five viscera, six entrails and nine apertures (including the eyes, ears, nostrils, mouth, urethra and anus).

Pai-Da will launch one’s faith and mental forces, and will stimulate relevant meridians to dredge the Qi. The running Qi will in turn bring out the running of blood. The unobstructed meridians could cure diseases.

The patted and slapped parts on the body will automatically gather Qi and blood, and then accelerate the circulation. As sweepers, the intensified Qi could scan the body and dredge the obstructed meridians. As a result, the body waste, illnesses and even tumors will be cleared.

Viewing from the perspective of the western medicine, Pai-Da is a positive-breaking therapy which will stimulate the central nervous system. Therefore, the inner body systems could be activated and help repair the damaged parts, and finally improve the immunity function of human body.

Order of Pai-Da

Generally speaking, there is an up-down turn as fullows:

(Step 1) Pat the head
Pat the top of the head with both hands
Pat the sides of the head with both hands
Pat the back of the head with both hands
Pat the back of the head with one hand (one hand is more convenient, and could nicely cover the head)

(Step 2) Slap the back of the shoulder
Pat the right side with left hand, and the left side with the right hand; remember to pat all sides of the shoulder.

(Step 3) Slap both armpits and the inner sides of the shoulder
Patients with cardiac diseases, lung diseases and breast diseases should do this step more.

(Step 4)? Slap the inner sides of the elbow joints
Including all meridians of the inner sides which include the heart-channel of the inner sides and the lung-channel and the large intestine channel at the rims of the outer sides, as well as the pericardium channel in the middle.

(Step 5) Slap the knees
Pat the fronts of the knees with both hand and make sure that the knee is covered by the whule palm; pat the inner sides, outer sides and the popliteal spaces.

This step could be applied to cure all foot and leg diseases. La-Jin as supplement will bring better results.

(Step 6) Slap the feet
Pat the arches, insteps and the ankles with power. This step can not only cure the foot diseases, but also bring good curative effects for all internal organ diseases.

(Step 7) Slap any body-parts according to the need
After all the six steps above, you may pat any body-parts according to your illness.

What if there is no enough time?? Pat the fullowing important parts.? For most chronic and acute diseases, the elbows, knees, groins and feet are the focus, because these parts have the most toxins, and are the concentrated areas of meridians, blood vessels, nerves and lymph.

How to Pai-Da in a proper way?

Pat and slap attentively
Concentration and faith will increase the positive energy in your body. Distracting thoughts could bring negative effects.

Patand slap with power, as long as you can endure the pain
It might hurt in the first, but the feeling will be eased after about two minutes.
If you feel the pain of slapping, that means you are on the right way. The pain will eliminate the illness.

Pat and slap with your thought
When slapping the skin, you can imagine that you are injecting fresh Qi into the body and bringing out the turbid Qi out.

Use your palms and fingers in a proper way
When slapping a larger area such as the front of the knees, use both palm and fingers; if the area is relatively small, such as the popliteal space, you could mainly use the fingers with agile movement of the wrist.

Better recite or chant scriptures when slapping
Reciting scriptures will bring a better result; you may choose your favorite scriptures.

The time length of Pai-Da, the frequency of Pai-Da
Pai-Da can be done at any time in a day. You can form a habit of Pai-Da and pat in the morning and at night or you can do this in the morning, afternoon and at night.

For healthy people, you can pat the head, shoulders, armpits, elbows and knees for one to five minutes each time. You should at least do this once or twice a day.

For sub-health cases, besides slapping the parts mentioned above, you can pat the nidus for a longer time. Generally the time length should be between five to thirty minutes for once or twice a day. You can also pat more times each day.

For those who feel under the weather or have obvious nidus should rash-pat the nidus for at least half an hour each time. For example, those who suffer from knee pains, frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, headache and insomnia can rash-pat the knees and elbows more frequently for at least once or twice a day.

For those who suffer from serious illnesses, such as people who are unable to lift the shoulders or walk, or suffer from psoriasis, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or cancer should rash-pat top-down from the head to the feet with the focus on the elbows, knees, feet and the nidus for at least one hour and at least three times a day. And the time length of each Pai-Da should be reduced as the disease remises.

After several times of Pai-Da, it is not as easy to have Sha as before but if you continue Pai-Da it can promotes blood circulation, keep you fit and even treat the disease.

The time length and frequency of Pai-Da varies according to individuals. Whether there is Sha or not after Pai-Da, it can be applied everyday to both the sick and the health.

One Pai-Da can also be divided into several times with each time focuses on one certain part of the body.

How to tell the health situation from the culor of the sha?

Sha, i.e. poisonous blood, is the culorful thing on the skin after Pai-Da. If you Pai-Da the healthy parts of the body with the same amount of force, there won’t be Sha; otherwise the unhealthy body will show symptoms on the skin after Pai-Da.

Sha reflects the illness of the body; otherwise the skin won’t have Sha appearing after Pai-Da. More Sha means more serious of the disease.

The darker the culor of the Sha, the more poison, culdness, heat and other pathogenic factors are in the body.

Rubeosis: healthy; normal
Red: wind-heat; usually can be found with the sub-health group
Purple red: stasis-heat and it is prone to feel pain???
Cyan: phlegm-dampness and it is prone to feel tired
Purple black: stasis; shows the patient suffers from a large accumulation of body endotoxin and microcirculatory disturbance
Black: shows the patient suffers from chronic disease and has been taking medication for a long time.

According to the position of the Sha, one can tell the illness or the potential illness of the corresponding organs and the Sha itself also shows the body has started the reduction body endotoxin and the treatment.

The Sha will come out within a minute after the Pai-Da with those who suffer from clogging blood circulation and their Sha comes faster and the culor of the Sha is darker than usual.

Some people will have red Sha first and if keep Pai-Da the culor will turn dark purple or even dark masses.

Some people won’t have Sha until several times’ Pai-Da, which means their fever lies deeper and it can only be scraped away gradually and it also means the body endotoxin is being reduced.

Some people will have Sha the first time they have Pai-Da and don’t have Sha afterwards and may have Sha again later, which means their body situation and mood are undergoing some changes.

Cautions

· Take shelter from the wind when slapping
Air-conditioner and electric fan should be turned off because the pores will open during La-Jin which might make you catch culd

· Drink enough water after Pai-Da
Drinking a cup of water before and after Pai-Da could supply the consumed water during the exercise. It will also prevent fatigue and accelerate metabulism.

· Bathing after Pai-Da
Take bath three hours after Pai-Da with warm water.

· Treat skin diseases with Pai-Da
Use all fingers and the whule palm when slapping a large area of skin, such as the front of the knees. For skin diseases like psoriasis, pat with power for longer time.
Do not use Pai-Da to treat trauma or festering wounds.

Treat diabetes mellitus, varicosity and edema of the lower limbs
For patients of diabetes mellitus, slapping should be light and slow because their skin and vessels are weak and fragile. For patients with varicosity and edema of the lower limbs, it is better for them to pat from the bottom to top gently, so as to accelerate the blood circulation.

What is real meaning of Christmas?

Sorry dear friends, I am a Buddhist and I dont know the true meaning of Christmas. I only know that to exchange gifts is Christmas and that what I had in mind since I was a kid.

This is what I got from searching google:

Question: "What is the true meaning of Christmas?"

Answer:
The true meaning of Christmas is love. John 3:16-17 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." The true meaning of Christmas is the celebration of this incredible act of love.

Anyway, its will surely makes a lots of kids happy but does it make every single kids happy whether they are rich or poor?

Well, for my opinion it will definitely make the poor and orphanage kids happy and they will definitely treasured it. As for the rich kids they dont need to wait until Christmas because they are showered with gifts whenever they ask for it.

Why Do Bad Things Happen To Good People

Well written and summarized by Cheryl Chua.

Sharing below one of the sessions that you have missed on Ajahn Brahm's talk:-
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Some people think that whatever happens to us, especially the bad ones were due to karmic causes. According to Ajahn, the Buddha specifically said that whatever bad things that happens to us today is not always due to our karma of past lives. Because if it was, we cannot remember our past lives. So how can one make the connection to some acts we did previously for what we are being punished today. We can ask, why did this happen? But the more important question is, what we are going to do about it? The whole point of karma is to recognize how our actions determine our future, so that we can begin to act properly. It’s not just a cosmological or philosophical matter. It’s entirely practical. The main point is not to get in trouble again.

Ajahn explained that most bad things that happens in life in fact is “part of our contract in life”. Being born as a human being, it is as though we have signed this contract..and if only we can read the contract before we are born, we probably would see the fine prints in the bottom of the contract that states, “you can get disabled by a brain tumor, by cancer, by falling down from a building and etc..”. It’s going to be part of our life that those things will happen to some of us.

Life is uncertain but death is certain. In explaining why some people die young; Ajahn Brahmn shared the below story of ‘Falling Leaves’ his famous parable on the nature of death.

One evening, a simple forest monk was meditating alone in the jungle in a hut made of thatch when there was a very violent monsoon storm. The wind roared like a jet aircraft and heavy rain thrashed against the hut.

That was a fierce storm, a tree came crashing down and it was so loud and so dangerous that the poor monk can’t sleep all night.

The monk soon realized that the grass hut was of no protection. If a tree fell on top of the hut, or even a big branch, it would break clean through the grass roof and crush him to death. He didn’t sleep the whole night. Often during that night, he would hear huge forest giants smash their way to the ground and his heart would pound for awhile.

In the hours before dawn, as so often happens, the storm disappeared. At first light, the monk ventured outside the grass hut to inspect the damage. Many big branches, as well as two sizeable trees, had just missed the hut. He felt lucky to have survived. What suddenly took his attention though was not the many uprooted trees and fallen branches scattered on the ground, but the many leaves that now lay spread thickly on the forest floor.

As he expected, most of the leaves lying dead on the ground were old, brown leaves, which had lived a full life. Among the brown leaves were many yellow leaves. There were even several green leaves. And some of those green leaves were of such a fresh and rich green that he knew they could have only unfurled from the bud a few hours before. In that moment, the monk’s heart understood the nature of death.

He wanted to test the truth of his insight so he gazed up to the branches of the trees. Sure enough, most of the leaves still left on the trees were young, healthy green ones in the prime of their life. Yet although many newborn green leaves lay dead on the ground, some old, bent and curled up brown leaves still clung on to the branches.

When the storms of death blow through our families, they usually take the old ones, the mottled brown leaves. They also take many middle-aged ones, like the yellow leaves of a tree. Young people die too, in the prime of their life, similar to the green leaves, and sometimes death rips from dear life a small number of young children, just as nature’s storms rip off a small number of young shoots. This is the essential nature of death in our communities, as it is the essential nature of storms in a forest.

There is no-one to blame and no-one to lay guilt on. It is not something that has gone wrong. This is the nature of things. Who can blame the storm? However, this helps to answer the question of why bad things happen to good people.

We need to contemplate death in the same way. Life is a death sentence. We are all on death row the moment we are born into this world. We don't know how the execution is going to take place, and we don't know exactly when. But the fact that we will die one day is certain.

We need to learn how to reap the happiness from the simplest event we experience today. Most of these events that take place in our life are the messenger of truth and it teaches us how to live our life.

Instead of feeling upset, we should ask ourselves, “is it really a bad thing?” Ajahn Brahm went on to give us a “King and His Doctor” story to explain that sometimes, bad things that happened in our lives can be a blessing in disguise.

In old India, there lived a King who loves hunting. One day, he went hunting with his great Doctor. While hunting, the King was pricked by a strange plant on his middle finger. The finger became swollen and painful. The doctor applied a special ointment to the wound and bandage the King's finger.

The King then asked: "Will my finger be alright?"

The Doctor answered: "Good or bad who knows?"

A few days passed and the King's finger became worse. He summoned the doctor and asked: "Will my finger be alright?"

The Doctor answered: "Good or bad who knows?"

3 days later, the King's finger was badly infected and has to be amputated from his hand. The King was furious and ordered the doctor to be jailed and hang in a month's time.

Meanwhile, after a week's of recovery, the King went hunting again. This time he was more unfortunate. He was capture by a cannibal tribe. Before the tribe can burn him as a human sacrifice, the priest noticed he had only 9 fingers. It was the tribe's believe that only a person with full and perfect body can be use as sacrifice. So they released the King.

Back to the Kingdom, the King immediately ordered the release of the doctor. The doctor was summoned to the King. The King said: "Great doctor, because of you, I lost my finger but in turn, it saves my life."

The Doctor said: "Good or bad..I know. Great King, if not because of you putting me in jail and thus I cannot go hunting with you. If not, I would have been captured by the tribe and used as the sacrifice. Thank you..you save my life!”

"What is Good? What is Bad?" According to Ajahn tragedy itself is an opportunity that teaches us to become kinder and wiser. Unpleasant things happen in life and they happen to everyone. The only difference between a happy person and one who gets depressed is how they respond to disasters.

Ajahn related a true story about a victim of violent rape came up to him for counseling.

He gave this story of ‘Digging the dung” as a parable to explain that we can turn pain and suffering by growing our inner self into a beautiful garden:

Imagine you have just had a wonderful afternoon at the beach with a friend. When you return home, you find a huge truckload of dung has been dumped right in front of your door. There are three things to know about this truckload of dung:

1. You did not order it. It's not your fault.

2. You're stuck with it. No one saw who dumped it, so you cannot call anyone to take it away.

3. It is filthy and offensive, and its stench fills your whole house. It is almost impossible to endure.

In this metaphor, the truckload of dung in front of the house stands for the traumatic experiences that are dumped on us in life. As with the truckload of dung, there are three things to know about tragedy in our life:

1. We did not order it. We say 'Why me?'

2. We're stuck with it. No one, not even our best friends, can take it away (though they may try).

3. It is so awful, such a destroyer of our happiness, and its pain fills our whole life. It is almost impossible to endure.

There are two ways of responding to being stuck with a truckload of dung. The first way is to carry the dung around with us. We put some in our pockets, some in our bags, and some up our shirts. We even put some down our pants and it stinks like hell. Eventually we find when we carry those dung around, we tend to lose a lot of friends! Even best friends don't seem to be around so often.

'Carrying around the dung' is a metaphor for sinking into depression, negativity, or anger. It is a natural and understandable response to adversity. But we lose a lot of friends, because it is also natural and understandable that our friends don't like being around us when we're so depressed. Moreover, the pile of dung gets no less, but the smell gets worse as it ripens.

Fortunately, there's a second way. When we are dumped with a truckload of dung, we heave a sigh, and then get down to work. Out come the wheelbarrow, the fork, and the spade. We fork the dung into the barrow, wheel it around the back of the house, and dig it into the garden. This is tiring and difficult work, but we know there's no other option. Sometimes, all we can manage is half a barrow a day. We're doing something about the problem, rather than complaining our way into depression. Day after day we dig in the dung. Day after day, the pile gets smaller. Sometimes it takes several years, but the morning does come when we see that the dung in front of our house is all gone. Furthermore, a miracle has happened in another part of our house. The flowers in our garden are bursting out in a richness of colour all over the place. Their fragrance wafts down the street so that the neighbours, and even passers-by, smile in delight. Then the fruit tree in the corner is nearly falling over, it's so heavy with fruit. And the fruit is so sweet; you can't buy anything like it. There's so much of it that we are able to share it with our neighbours. Even passers-by get a delicious taste of the miracle fruit.

'Digging in the dung' is a metaphor for welcoming the tragedies as fertilizer for life. It is work that we have to do alone: no one can help us here. But by digging it into the garden of our heart, day by day, the pile of pain gets less. It may take us several years, but the morning does come when we see no more pain in our life and, in our heart, a miracle has happened. Flowers of kindness are bursting out all over the place, and the fragrance of love wafts way down our street, to our neighbours, to our relations, and even to passers-by. Then our wisdom tree in the corner is bending down to us, loaded with sweet insights into the nature of life. We share those delicious fruits freely, even with the passers-by, without ever planning to.

When we have known tragic pain, learnt its lesson, and grown our garden, then we can put our arms around another in deep tragedy and say, softly, 'I know.' They realize we do understand. Compassion begins. We show them the wheelbarrow, the fork, and the spade, and boundless encouragement. If we haven't grown our own garden yet, this can't be done.

According to Ajahn, he has seemed many monks who are skilled in meditation, who are peaceful, composed and serene in adversity. But only a few have become great teachers and he often wondered why.

It seems to him now that those monks who had a relatively easy time of it, who had little dung to dig in, were the ones who didn't become teachers. It was the monks who had the enormous difficulties, dug them in quietly, and came through with a rich garden that became great teachers. They all had wisdom, serenity and compassion; but those with more dung had more to share with the world.

Perhaps the moral of this story is that if you want to be of service to the world, if you wish to follow the path of compassion, then the next time a tragedy occurs in your life, you may say, 'Whoopee! More fertilizer for my garden!'

Cheers! Merry Xmas

RE-CODE

The question
Keep fit… why do all your attempts fail?

The answer
Once past 30, our body starts a hormonal path of ups and downs, of progressive oscillations which are so slow as to be almost imperceptible. This path ends with menopause, when we understand the meaning of those changes we unconsciously experienced over the previous years.
This is why – more often than not – diets do not work!

The solution
re-code
, The 3rd generation solution(*)
This food supplement contributes to restoring the correct hormonal balance, which enables the messages transmitted by the hormones to reach our organs as occurred earlier in life, thus reminding our body how it used to lose weight when we were younger, when our organism knew where to collocate the fat masses that reflected the classical image of a woman.
Restoring the equilibrium means re-coding the messages transmitted by the estrogens and to selectively allocate the fat masses at the right points.
The hormon equilibrium is made by an exclusive ZUCCARI's patent called3NERGY.

Mode of use
re-code is easy to take: diluite 25 ml of product in at least 1L water and drink throughout the day.

(*) adjuvant for weight control within a regime of a balanced diet allied to the regular taking of exercise

Anxiety Breathing Techniques

I have come across this breathing techniques and I did it several time yesterday, its helps me to sleep better. Do try it out.

Anxiety Breathing Techniques and
Acupressure: A Powerful Self
Therapy For Anxiety and Stress

Learn classic anxiety breathing techniques combining slow, deep breathing with acupressure and self-massage. These form a powerful self therapy for anxiety, nervousness, emotional stress and tension.

Why breathing techniques for anxiety and other emotional problems? Emotions and breathing have a reciprocal relationship - when you are anxious, nervous or upset your breathing quickens and may even become erratic. When you are relaxed and composed your breathing is slow, calm and rhythmical. By controlling your breath, through regular practice of specific exercises, your mind and your emotions can be stilled.

Why massage? Acupressure massage involves pressing and rubbing certain points on your body known for their ability to relax the mind and calm the emotions. Doing acupressure in conjunction with anxiety breathing techniques, like the one below, greatly enhances the effectiveness of both methods in controlling and preventing anxiety, nervousness, stress and tension. While acupressure and breathing techniques for anxiety, etc, are safe to do, check with your health professional before trying any for the first time.

Anxiety Breathing Techniques - An Easy One To Try First

anxiety breathing techniqueFour-Seven-Eight Breath

Best done sitting but can be done standing or lying down.

1. Sit with your back straight and your hands resting comfortably in your lap or on your thighs.

Look ahead...try not to fix your gaze on anything in particular. Slightly closing your eyes helps.

Try to focus internally on your breathing.

All inhalations are done through your NOSE; all exhalations through your MOUTH.

Throughout the exercises keep the tip of your tongue in contact with the top of your mouth, just behind your top teeth.

2. Commence inhaling slowly, smoothly and deeply to a mental count of 4 seconds. Fill your lower lungs first (by pushing out your abdomen), then your middle and upper lungs.

Hold your breath for a mental count of 7 seconds.

Slowly and smoothly exhale for a mental count of 8 seconds.

As you exhale, try to let go of all your anxiety, tension & stress.

That's one round. Pause briefly without inhaling then start another round. This natural pauseis very therapeutic and relaxing.

Do 10-12 rounds to begin. Build up to 25-30 rounds several times a day AND whenever you feel anxious or nervous, etc.

Summary: Inhale for 4 seconds - Hold for 7 seconds - Exhale for 8 seconds - Pause briefly - Repeat.

Benefits

  • Calms your mind
  • Tones your nervous system
  • Regulates your breathing
  • Balances your emotions

Tips

  • Can be done anywhere - on a bus, in a line, at work, before a test
  • If you lose your breath, stop, breathe freely then try again
  • With practice your pauses between rounds will naturally get longer
  • Soothing music or ear plugs can help reduce external distractions

Liese Bubble Hair Color by KAO

I was so curious about this LIESE bubble hair color and I bought it yesterday even the KAO adviser advised me that it WILL NOT cover white hairs as its only meant for fashion only.

Well, out of curiousity I bought this Liese Bubble Hair Color Ash Brown yesterday and color it myself. Its was really fun with the easy application and the hair came out very soft but the adviser was right, it DID NOT and CANNOT cover my white hair at all. I also color my son thick and very black hair, it was also very disappointing as his hair did not change color at all.

What a waste of my money which cost me RM37.60.

I remember a few months ago, Cheryl took me to this restuarant(cant remember the name of the shop) and this card was near the cashier counter. Out of curosity, I ask for a reading and to my surprised it was very acurate(the picture of the cards are not scary but beautiful). Since, that day onwards, I was looking for this card and wish to purchase it but with no luck.

Last Saturday, my wish comes true, as per my daughter request we went back to this restaurant and was told by the restaurant owner that near his place have a lot of tarots cards for sale including this one "Goddess Guidance Oracle cards".

WORD OF WISDOM

1) A HONEST FAILURE -
I would prefer to be a honest failure
than to be a corrupt success.

2) JUST SAIL -
As we sail through life, don't avoid storms and rough waters,
just let it pass. Just sail. Always remember, calm seas never make a skillful sailors.

3) I FOUND EVERYTHING -
In the search for me, I discovered truth.
In the search for truth, I discovered love.
In the search for love, I discovered GOD.
And in GOD, I have found everything.

4) TREAT EVERYONE AS SPECIAL -
Begining today, treat everyone you meet as if you will never meet them again.
Extend to them all the care, kindness, and understanding your can muster.
And do it with no thought of any reward.
Your life will never be the same again.

5) BEFORE YOU -
Before you speak, Listen
Before you write, Think
Before you spend, Earn
Before you criticise, Wait
Before you pray, Forgive
Before you quit, Try

6) PEOPLE NEVER FORGET -
People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did.
But people will never forget, How you make them feel.

7) LIFE IS ABOUT STRUGGLE -
The most important thing in any game is not to win but to take part.
Similarly, the most important thing in lif is not the triumph but the struggle.
The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well.

8) MISTAKES ARE LESSONS -
When you make a mistake, dont look back at it long.
Take the reason of the thing into your mind and then look forward.
Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. The past cannot be changed.
The future is yet in your power.

9) WHY NOT YOU -
Today is a new day!
Many will seize this day.
Many will live it to the fullest.
Why not you????
