youngman in action again part 1

fruit peels and rotten fruits or vegetables throw them into a container every day until about 2/3 of the container is filled with these "waste" .In between put some cheap brown sugar on the fruit/vegetable layers. Pour your "shai mai sui" used rice washing water into the container until all the staff are submerge in the water, of course use your hand to push the staff down and determine the hight of water (dunt worry, there is a good reason to do this). I used a bout 1.5kg of brown sugar. BRP chinese medicine shop selling 1.00rm for 400gm.

this is what happen after 3 to 4 days, of course, the staff need to submerge under the water. it takes 3 month to complete the fermentation. open the cover everyday to let the compose breaths.
