Looks like they are happy with the enzyme drinks, how good the effect, we have to hear the comment this Sunday, but one glass only make you sleep better and that is all i guess ( but sleep well also will improve skin condition---liangruikim said one). As for the recipe, i don't follow instruction too much. Important thing is clean n dry cutting knife, zamp ban, air tight container, everything must be clean including you!

Wash the fruits clean, if you need to use the skin (contain a lot more goodies) wash even more. Dry them under strong fan to remove the water left on them.

Lemon is good for most enzyme, so first layer is lemon, follow by fruit like pineapple, dragon fruit blar blar....then after about two inches thick, lemon on top again repeat, the last is always lemon and oligo 900, oligo 900 is filled about have the level ( a kind of simple sugar that only react with the good bacterial in the intestine ( big or small i cannot remember). Closed the lid tight and leave the jar in a dark and not hot place. Look at it every day as against to many belief that it should not to seen or touch once the lid is closed. I enjoy seeing it changing each day and 14 days later, YAMSENG!!!!
